Is it right this cap includes player bonuses? If so how do you budget for things like goal, win and clean sheet bonuses? How are you supposed to predict how many you’ll be paying out? Also, assuming this is true, it’s no wonder the PFA want to get involved. Basic salaries of £100/week. Appearance bonus at £4900.

I do really wish the voting was public, a piece in The Athletic (which is usually very reliable) today reporting that only two teams in League 2 voted against the salary cap and we were not one of those teams.

Fully transparent Bradford City lying to their fans again? Nah surely not, I don't believe it.

I said on here I wouldn’t be surprised if they voted for it. Limiting our spend suits us down to the ground.

Playing devils advocate are journalists anymore believable than city? First we need to know who wrote it then challenge them then challenge the club.

Would still like evidence of it, because when it comes to money I don't trust Rhodes to tell the truth one little bit

I tend towards believing the club but honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they lied. If they did it would go off the richter. I think that would be it for a lot of fans.

City voted for the salary cap? Colour me shocked. If that’s the article we’ll Tweet Slater on the off chance he responds.

Does Sparks say the club voted against, or they will vote against it? He was clear they didn’t like it I’m sure of that, but I’m not sure he’s said they actually voted against its

Direction, leadership and trust at the club isn't particularly great at the moment and something like the club voting for a cap would just wreck it further.

Is this article libel if found to be untrue? It wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if we did actually vote for it. It would explain the bizarre stance on working within unelected rules and a great opportunity for the Club to pass blame.
