Bermondsey over there has made some comments about another signing not materialising as we won't pay 'living costs', Gompers moaning about pampered footballers etc.
So what? Comes with the territory. If I had enough stock to get someone to clean the shitstains off my toilet bowl I'd do it.
Also alludes to how bad our wage budget is, even with what came in and went out over the summer.
You know what worries me? When the nice fat sell on clauses stop; which has been propping us up for a while.

It's been piss poor. The only player to hold down a position regular will be Reeves.

Unless something happens in the next 120 mins or so, this activity of the last week stinks of filling the absolute minimum - a DF and GK. had Rouven not gone down the other night we wouldn't have even got that.
You know what, bollocks to it, I want a marquee signing. Or two. I dont want to be one of those #bantamsfamiy happy clappers that calls players 'mate' on Twitter and is satisfied with shit, I want us to be proper nasty bastards, like those Millwall fans when they had the last laugh and all we did was cry and whinge.
Stuart may have his faults, but he's being exploited if they think this is adequate resource to follow the last few years. He deserves better than this.

All done and dusted and to be quite frank there's been no ambition shown by the tight kraut cunts. Fully expect to be around 14th 15th 16th which will be great cos I'm just chuffed to have a team to support.
Usual defeatists and unambitious happy clapping braindead mongs in their element tonight

Look at this gomping cunt on twitter -
"Also, just cos other clubs have signed players doesn't mean they're gonna be any good #bcafc"
What the fuck sort of statement is that? Why bother to do anything? The complete epitome of an unambitous happy clapper.

I don't get angry at things on the internet as thats a sure fire way to be a miserable cunt in real life.
But I despair at cretins like that. You can get a real idea of the personality make up of our fans from the internet.
A trait of successful people in virtually every industry is that they are always striving to improve, to better what they have or what they can do. Most of these Gompers are probably satisfied with their minimum wage job, just happy to have one, and have no ambition or aspirations to anything. Never challenging, submissive to everything. Weak minded human beings.

Desperately trying to show their heroes that they love them no matter how fucking shit a performance they turn in.

Any unattached washed up alcoholics we could sign? Anyone being released from prison?

The irony is, in looking to be completely risk averse, we've taken on risk. This squad will take us backwards. Let's see how the fans react.

That reminds me of one the main arguments for sticking with Hanson when he was having a particularly barren period known as 'last season': we should stick with him because 'his replacement could turn out to be worse'. The whole club is wracked with a lower league mentality. Even the thought of showing a bit of board room ambition is met with terrified wails of, 'but Geoffrey Richmond' and 'six weeks of madness'. We are where we are because it's where we belong and deserve to be and it stems from the fans.

A winning mentality starts with the fans, Reminds me when we played Sunderland on Boxing day years ago. We were 3 down at half time and me and my 5 mates agreed if we went 4 down we'd fuck off to the pub. Anyway lo and behold Sunderland scored and we got up and this bloke turns round and shouts "Call your self supporters get behind the lads". My mate said "Fuck off you melt the games over, it's boxing day and I'm off out to enjoy the rest of my day."

billycasper Last game I walked out of was 6-0 against Bristol. It was at 5-0, and I was there with my parents who are in their mid 60s, and we just thought nah, we weren't even competing. So we got up and left and a few started calling us part timers, support the team etc. One guy got to me as he was having a go at my mum and dad. I told him to get over it, the games long dead and its my seat so I'll do what I fucking want with it. If you're the sort of person who gets upset about things like people leaving a game early then your carer needs to keep closer control of you. He was probably the sort that would stay behind to clap Bristol as they won promotion

I swear there were gompers at that game that clapped City off, they just can't help it, it's like an addiction.I could have easily walked out on Saturday as the football played by both teams at times bordered on rank amateurish.
