One of the well worn phrases on football forums, "Stuart (other managers are available) picks the team and hes paid to do that and has played football for ever for loads of teams and you haven't you talentless fuckwit, and i know who's exeprt opinion i would trust over some know it all fan." Fucking gompers, lets not bother with the idea of a forum, i don't know why some actually waste there time reading or posting, cos the manager always knows best.

You could literally post the 'manager knows more than you' comment to 90% of the comments on a football forum. I'm just not sure why anyone would bother since the premise is glaringly obvious: it's a football forum for fans to express, discuss, debate and argue out their opinions on football. By the manager knows best logic all fans' opinions are redundant due to them being the opinions of fans. It's ridiculous.

How anyone can back the club over the CB debacle astounds me. I'd like to know what McCalls true feelings are over it.

It really boils my piss, it's one of the reasons i'm glad this place set up, i was sick to the back teeth of discussing something only for a gomper to kill it stone dead with the "Stuart knows best ". Theres another thing that fucks me right off, people who use that that fucking winking emoji.

Unless you've been capped playing for your country you know fuck all My uncle used to play for City and my grandad actually was an internationally capped footballer. Only twice, but the cunt's been eating out on it ever since. And I used to play for The Royal FC. Most Sundays. Whilst hungover. So I reckon I'm more qualifiderer than you.

In fact I think a big read on why England are shit on the international stage is because of mental flaws.

In fact I think a big read on why England are shit on the international stage is because of mental flaws. I've been saying for a while now that a large part of the reason English football lags behind is the almost complete lack of intelligence in the game. We pick players according to their level of celebrity and we do the same with coaches and managers. You can be dogshit thick but if you were a big name player some mug will give you a job. Stuart Pearce is the perfect example; thick as fuck, an absolute calamity as a manager but still given the England U21 gig because, well, he's Stuart fucking Pearce. Gary Neville - first coaching job is with the national team because Hodgson was impressed with him as a pundit. Thick as shit and twice as useless but he can work an action replay machine and talk shit until it's time for the ads. A winning formula. I'm going to call this The Robson Hypothesis. When no matter how much you fuck up or how hard you try, you just can't stay unemployed for long. Meanwhile English football moves nowhere because the tards that matter value pace and power, and technique and quality are unnecessary, fanciful foreign notions. Never mind though, there's always next time.

In fact I think a big read on why England are shit on the international stage is because of mental flaws.I fully agree. They're young lads who've been told that they're special from a very young age. They're given more money than most will see in a lifetime, they don't have to do anything for themselves, young, big titted women throw themselves at their feet and they have no incentive to strive to be the best they can be. It's not the big deal playing for England it used to be. Why bother giving it your all? Next week there'll be another £200k in your account and another blonde mega breasted slapper busted to have you inside her. Those England fans booing you this week will be cheering you next week back at your club so fuck 'em. I hate what our our young players have become. We'll never win anything again unless we change the way we treat them. I'd bypass the Premiership and pick young, hungry players from the Championship and below, ones that are desperate to succeed. They can't do any worse than the ones we do pick.
