Good players aged between 20-25, good enough to play in a strong league one side and with the potential to play at a higher level? And willing to play for mid table league one salaries? And available on a free? Yeah, they’ll be like apples on a fucking tree. Hanging off trees like fucking crab apples they are. The plan is so easy i can't believe all the other clubs have missed the obvious, take young not wanted by other clubs and make them better players. It's ingenious. Don't bother with your expensive signing malarkey, spend fuck all and pay peanuts for wages. We'll be in the champions league in three years. Not only that, earn millions by selling them on and then simply sign more players to coach and sell on. It's genius really.

Get the players that no one else wants, ring prospective clients and tell them your players are the best young prospects in the football league. Like Pikeys selling used mattresses as new ones, Edin pockets the cash, buys a castle in Germany or somewhere and the groundhog day starts again. Knows his football does the new balance wearing despot.

So we just need to find a guy to coach some young players, play some attractive football, improve the players and compete for top 6. Simple. Not forgetting doing all of the above whilst having Edin breathing down his neck and questioning his every move. I hope they're paying whoever comes in a fair old screw, because he'll fucking deserve it. Squad morale will continue to be shit, because it's pretty obvious that the players think he's a cunt. Decent experienced players won't sign, because word will have got around that he's a nightmare to work for. They'll be stuck with kids and castoffs floating in the shit pool. The next gaffer will be gone by the time the year ends and they're hovering around the bottom 3 is my guess, if not before. It won't be Edin's fault though, whoever it is won't live up to his high (unrealistic, bordering on impossible) expectations.
It will be the fans fault for not getting behind the chaps and not getting behind the master plan.

Where’s all this outrage come from? We always knew this was thier “philosophy”. How is anyone surprised? I’m assuming by competitive squad they mean mid table so the 3 year plan is fucked.

Where would social media be without outrage? Outrage is great for forums, the battle lines are drawn between the gompers and the negatrons. Cue meltdown time.

Funny how hardly any seasoned English football league clubs follow a similar model. They should be grateful really, that our owners have decided to come over here to bring our football out of the dark ages with something so effective yet so bleedin obvious.

But even with better scouting, more resources, they still can’t get out of League One. Lucky for us we’ve a owner who knows football. Up by November.

Peterborough are probably one of the few teams that seem to consistently unearth a decent striker from non league. But it's been like that for yrs, it's almost part of the clubs philosophy. Edin talks like it can happen overnight, and in numbers of players across different positions. Lets just just hope we don't get relegated in the process of trying to implement this.

Philosophy? Just fuck off. It's football bollocks for 'business plan.
Rahic may as well have said 'this time next year we'll be millionaires'.
