They won't reinvest it. It'll go straight into a German bank account.

They won't reinvest it. It'll go straight into a German bank account. Yup it will be paid in instalments over millions of years - just like the Wells money is, apparently

where have Rangers got 4million from. They're broke Only paper talk but I read that Gerrard had been promised £6m to spend on transfers. Fuck all in the modern sense and, if true, making a £4m 'opening bid' for Oliver McBurnie would pretty much spunk his entire war chest. £2m I could see it but £4m has to be out of Rangers' price range surely. Get ready for a convoluted pittance-up-front-with-instalments-in-perpetuity deals that will get Edin off the spending hook again.

Isn't there a ruling that says monies involving clubs from different Fa's has to be paid in full or did I imagine that

Will make fuck all difference to the budget, just like the Wells money. So, meh. Just go to pay the ‘deficit’. Good word that.

If he gets sold this summer, the impact it's going to have on our budget will depend on 2 things.
1. Are we going to get the money up front? It's not an official requirement to pay fees, sell on clauses etc in instalments. Hopefully any payments we are entitled to get payed up front.
2. What will they spend the money on? Our owners have mentioned that they don't want to run the club carrying large amounts of debts, so will the money go towards clearing the books? Rupp's statement also makes it clear that they are going to persist with their model, so it wouldn't surprise me if the money went towards upgrading the academy.
Even if both Wyke and Mcburnie get sold, I'd be surprised if the money went towards the first team budget, I'm sure Rahic will have his list of excuses ready.

It'll go into 'investing in our youth development program'.
Nice new car Edin.
