We give our fellow fans a lot of grief for just being 'happy to have a club to support' but the sheer number who've boycotted games and not renewed season tickets makes me proud that people are prepared to make a stand and that can only help the owners realise they've fucked up.
Rupp being there last night was brilliant, he'll have looked at the swathes of empty seats and thought "What the fuck is this?" It's either going one of two ways and I pin to the hope that he remembers dancing on the pitch at Fleetwood and seeing our horrendous colours at Wembley and thinks 'I want more of that.'
They're ego maniacs and carry on the way they're going and they'll be no back slapping and singing and dancing.
Boycotting games will only help the decision making. Same at Arsenal, the fact thousands were staying away has ensured the board leaned on Wenger to fuck off.
I'm proud of my fellow bantams for showing we won't all stand for shite.

Well said.
Swallowing the same shite and blindly getting behind the lads is a threat to our future. It’s about time we started asserting higher levels of expectation - and be prepared to pay slightly more ourselves. I’d happily pay 300 quid and 50 for my lad to watch a quality city side pushing for the top 2. On a professional standard pitch.

Trouble is that I'd have zero confidence that the extra money would be invested in the squad and pitch and not go into the owners pockets.
