This is the problem with watching City of late, they have a great result away somewhere where they're not expected to get anything then follow it up with a fucking disgraceful result like this or Plymouth etc. There's never a feeling of momentum gathering or any substance to our position in the league. We're all sat waiting for the wheels to come off because any confidence we might get is immediately nuked by an almighty fuck up like this one.

"Eh listen, Tim was leggy, Danny's looked good in training. *sigh* They were up for it, won the battle in the middle of the park. Killa going off was a blow. Eh listen *sigh* we go again Saturday in what will be a tough match against Northampton."

Fucking raging here Tawheed. They are suggesting it's available online via the BBC sport website. I've been looking for you but it's an infuriating maze so far. The commentary is gash anyway. Tim Steer sounds like he's used to commentating on something like field hockey and "Fletch" is a bell cheese. I couldn't figure it out either. It can't be any worse that the Pulse can it? I might give it a listen next game and see.

I've got the game on the radio in the kitchen and the wife is listening by chance. Even she think Thornton talks bollocks, "stop staying things that don't make sense."

Either they've been told to be more honest or we were unbelievably shite.

I genuinely wonder whether or not Rahic believes that a different manager would be able to avoid results like these today with the players he (Rahic) has made available? He (Rahic) must know that we are an average side with zero depth. If he does think we are fallible because of McCall and he cans him - then we are going to have a lot of Riccs sprouting up all over the place.

That's an interesting point. I'd love to know what Rahic thinks of the squad he's provided McCall with and what he expects from it. If he thinks he's given McCall a quality squad then we're fucked.

McCall's consistently dismal approach to team set up and mentality against bottom of the table / lower league opponents is baffling. It's cowardice how we set up so timidly and are so slow at getting into games.
Ironic when he was such a leader on the pitch that he struggles so much to find players with similar attributes and mentality.

We're punching well above our weight with this squad, I'm actually shocked we've managed to amass as many points as we have. He might not be the best tactically but he clearly gets a lot out of the players. We should be doing everything we can to keep McCall.

McCall sounds frustrated to the point of tears. Thornton desperately trying to deflect with any excuse he can think of, McCall makes no excuses. Fuck sake Thornton you will shut the fuck up trying to make excuses. McCall is telling him there are no excuses but he won't stop doing it.

McCall not happy with a fan shouting 'another poor performance' as the team left the pitch.
That nagging feeling of the meltdown around the corner never goes away does it?

McCall asked about any incoming / outgoing players brought some kind of exasporated cry/chuckle response. He pretty much said "how the fuck should I know, you're barking up the wrong tree, mate". Also reading between the lines suggested that we've low-balled Burnley on Hendrie and lost out to Shrewsbury.
