So - we've seen enough of Reeves now to be able to form an opinion on this - whats the consensus? are we better off with him than Josh? is he an upgrade? much of a muchness?
I'm not sure. he's obviously decent, and he's "busier" than Cullen was but is that a good thing? he seems to scarper about all over the place - which tends to leave gaps for opposition to exploit - but the rest of the midfielders seem to do this too so that could be a McCall instruction to all midfielders to interchange and cover each other..
I don't think he's as good as Cullen - think we'd be stronger if Cullen had Jake's place in the team, but it's a not a HUGE downgrade, just slightly weaker.

I think Reeves offers more with his final ball and passing range whereas Cullen was much more comfortable in possession, a better tackler and kept us ticking over better.
I'd love to see both of them together but given the option of one it's Cullen all day long.

I like Reeves but he isn't a patch on Cullen.
Positioning ...worse Speed... same Passing...worse Shooting...same Tackling... Worse

Reeves will create and score more goals. Cullen the better footballer but not the finished article. I'd rather have Reeves at the moment.

I really rate Reeves but Cullen is the better footballer.
As an affordable and realistic alternative I can’t fault Reeves.

Cullen for me. Reeves is far better than I thought he would be but Cullen had consistency, something which Reeves lacks at the moment.
