West Bradford Oldham Halifax Outlane I've only played about half a dozen times, the last time at East Bierley with a mate of mine. Got 2 holes in par or whatever it's called, i balance that with one hole where i hit 16

I don't claim to be tiger woods or anything but I'm able to get round most courses in high 80's low 90's
Throw a couple of 100+ rounds in though every now and then just to soil my handicap.
The 17th at fax was a blinding hole, 190 yard par three off the top of the moorland to a green probably 30+ meters below you. Add in a stiff headwind and we are into it.

I'd birdie that every time... I was first to tee off and I ended up about 20 yards over the back, had to make do with a bogey. We did hit three tee shots each though just because we could

I live just next to Outlane Golf course. Used to love weekends as a teenager hiding in the woods shooting the pretentious golf cunts with me mates air rifle 😁

You try not to take it seriously but when you put the ball down you suddenly turn into David Beckham. And then you shank it 30 yards left.

I live just next to Outlane Golf course. Used to love weekends as a teenager hiding in the woods shooting the pretentious golf cunts with me mates air rifle 😁 Didn't realise that, you're not far from me then! I was looking at this course yesterday funnily enough but the prices are eye watering depending on when your play £25/£30!! halifaxgolfclub.co.uk/visitor-infoBest course I've played at recently is Queensbury! The course is really well maintained plus they've recently refurbished the bar area, looks very smart. www.queensburygc.co.uk/visitor-green-feesA course that will be miles better when it's finished (if it's ever finished) is Clayton! They've recently been given about £40,000 worth of soil to try and flatten areas of the course so it isn't as hilly. I believe it should have been finished by now but with the weather been as wet as it has been still a bit to go. www.claytongolfclub.co.uk/index.html

I much prefer the moorland hilly course to the flat new ones. if you can find a cheap enough tee time I would 100% recommend Halifax

I also refuse to entertain courses that claim to be 18 holes when they are really just 9
