PR Resigning Wright being another. I'd bet my house (I don't own it so jokes on you, ha!) on Alexander having zero choice in signing Wright. Will have been imposed by the Fat Narrative Controller.

I think he had hardly any say in the January window. Could see him being specifically told that during the interview process as it's a condition he'd have to deal with, work with a restrictive transfer window and just cling on until the summer. Probably told he had to sell Lewis when the offer came, probably told to recall Young with a view to selling, probably told to sign Wright based off last season. Kavanagh might be the only signing he had some input in - and even then that was only because Oliver had been sent out (wonder if GA was told to move him on) and we needed anyone with 2 legs.

Put a decent little four game run together but that shouldn't be changing anyone opinion. He's dire and we need rid

Yeah has to be a clean sweep. Gent needs moving on asap. Sparks needs to go back to handling returns in the club shop.

I keep saying it but we aren’t getting anyone better whilst Rupp and Sparks are running the show. Nobody wanted it last time and the same would happen again. He is a dinosaur though.

We seem to be either reasonably good or fucking dire. No in-between. Just looked at the league table and even being average on occasion instead of fucking dire would have seen us sneak in. What a shite league.
I'm on the fence with GA. When we're decent we actually play some good stuff and get results. Then the next game he'll make some daft tactical decision and play 6 defenders and hoof it all game to a short-arse.
I don't trust the people in charge to employ anyone better anyway.

Thought we were the better team yesterday and created some decent chances with good play. That’s not saying a great deal when Salfords only tactic was hoofing it to Smith, but it’s better than the majority of games this year.
Kavanagh looks very promising actually, first time I’ve seen him in the flesh. My lad summed up how I feel myself after the game - we’re not very good but 99% of these players are very likeable. There’s only Smallwood I feel doesn’t have any affinity for the club but most of his set pieces aside he was decent yesterday and showed some welcome shithousing qualities.
As some of you say, not a lot of point getting rid of Alexander until those doing the hiring change.
