This sounds like a proper rodgering is coming. Defence sounds like they could shit the bed at any moment. I said it could be one those where we're 3 down by HT and out of sight completely.
Radio said it was really poor goalkeeping for the goal.. at this rate we might be better offer cashing in on Lewis in January.

Listened to the first 10 on radio tees and it sounded exactly how I thought it would. So I'm watching a film instead

Bought tickets weeks ago. Son texted at 4.30 “I’m knackered dad”. Easiest decision of the year. Currently watching Antiques Roadtrip and having a splendid evening.

We're up against a better team but we've had 33% possession and no shots. We know we have very little quality football wise in League 2 and it sounds like it's been really shown up tonight.
At least in the PP cup games we had a strength amd played to that, while being incredibly disciplined and organised when we didnt have the ball.
I've no idea what our actual strengths are. 'Hope Cook scores' is about it.

Wonder if we’ll see that absentee German cunt swinging his cock around after this performance.
No shame in being beaten by a better side if you make them work for it. Instead our lot have just bent over and lubed themselves up.
It’s a good job Boro have switched off. If they’d gone for it it’d have been 6-0.

The one thing we've never had under Hughes is belief. There's such an air of resignation. Keeping the same setup and tactics for ages even though it never works. We go behind in games and we make it so easy for opponents.
It's like today. We have a great win at the weekend and he goes to 5 at the back with Cook on his own up top. As Jizzle said, you listened to the first 10 minutes and we just weren't playing to any strengths at all. You knew it was a matter of time and if Boro did go ahead they'd make it very comfortable.

Can't wait for the "Lad's gave everything at Boro so were understandably tired today," after we lose against Walsall.
Arrogant Welsh fanny.

Unfortunately with out a fully fit MacDonald and Pattison our midfield struggles in league 2 never mind against a championship side. A stark reminder that cheap season tickets and an owner unwilling to invest sees you with a squad of average league 2 players. Boro didn't even get out of second gear, just a shame we will never just how dodgy that keeper was. Christ i hate league 2 football.

It's not just last night, we needed them to have an off day but at the same time we had to maximise the typical strengths you associate with L2 teams, especially as we don't play lethal football on the floor.
Things you can improve even if your players are technically limited. Set pieces, fitness, organisation, aggression / getting in opponents' faces and just making it ugly or difficult in general in general when you do play against better teams.
It's something Hughes has never got.
Take set pieces, it's a cliche for L2 teams to be good at them and under PP we really good. But under Hughes they've been terrible, apart from the odd headed goal from Cook.
We know we're limited technically speaking, so it's why L2 teams do what they can with the non-skilled side of things. Set pieces, organisation, fitness, making it ugly/difficult for the opposition, dark arts... Hughes has never recognised it.
