So are this blind company funding this "tunnel" or making it? It'll be a bastardised gazebo with vertical fucking blinds down the side like a solicitors office, you mark my words.

Is a tunnel really that important? Seems like a bit of a frippery to me.

I’ve not seen so much fuss about a fresh new Valley Parade orifice, since Tyrell was banging that cheerleader. Allegedly.

I’ve no doubt at all that our shoddy recruitment this summer is entirely down to us being a shambles.
At this point though, I don’t think we’ll do anything. Maybe a loan, for a cheap young striker. That’ll be it. We’ll write this season off and assume everything can just be picked up again once the might COVID has been defeated,

Rupp won’t let us go bust and that’s a cast iron guarantee.
We’re going under aren’t we?

City losing on a Saturday used to ruin my weekend. I'd still be mardy by Wednesday.
Now the thought of going under just makes me think 'meh'.
How sad that we've become so irrelevant.

That’s how I feel. I think back to a game at home to Huddersfield in 2006/7. Autumn time. We were going well at the time and were favourites. They were languishing near the bottom end and I specifically remember their fans fearing a drubbing. They ground out a 1-0 win. And look at what’s happened to the clubs in the 13 years since. They’re now so far ahead of us its untrue. We really are an irrelevance, and unless a wealthy, or very visionary owner coms in, we’re never getting close again.

To be honest a potless visionary would do me. A saner Edin Rahic. A Geoffrey Richmond. Someone with a plan who will make me sit up and think "Fuck yeah I'll have some of that". What have we got now? A silent CEO who ruined what could've been a good gig under Gibb and a lad in Sparks who seems nice enough but is just a media puppet. By rolling out Stuart again Rhodes has tried to play his trump card but setting him up to fail in terms of horrendous recruitment ain't gonna end well. What a shambles.

I don't understand why the club are crying about fans not being allowed in. I personally think they've been very lucky to reach the total of season tickets they have. We've announced more new partners and sponsors than I can remember and they don't have to pay police bills or stewards or match day staff. They've furloughed a load of day to day staff too. Do the match day kiosks bring in that much profit? considering the last I heard it hadn't come back in house yet. I can only think the suite hospitality is the biggest loss but surely with the savings they're making it offsets them losses. If things were that bad would they be spending money on a new tunnel when they don't have to ? Considering the increase in disillusioned fans and the total lack of ambition at the club the season tickets could have been a hell of a lot lower.
