There's a lovely undercurrent on Twitter of 'I was there last night,if you weren't you're not a true fan like me. #jgbtlffs I don't look at Bantam Talk but following last night's added time shenanigans and if BT is anything like C&B, there'll be a new thread or a bumped thread about leaving before the end. The thread will be filled with gomps from fully grown adults pretending that they can't for the life of them understand why people would nip off 5 minutes before the end. Their absolute confusion around the matter will infer that they didn't leave before the end and that they are, as a result, a much better fucking fan than you.

My train leaves Forster Square at 2203 and allowing for an average walking speed of 4.2km/h I need to leave the ground at 2142 in order to avoid having to spend the night in Bradford or get an expensive taxi back to wherever. So it's not that I didn't want to stay, circumstances dictate that I have to leave. It doesn't make me less of a fan, in fact I'm a 25 year season ticket holder who hasn't used my discounted ticket for the past three years, so I reckon that makes me more of a fan.

I wasn’t there. Watched it from the comfort of my front room with a couple of beers.
At 3-3 I had the temerity to suggest on BT that we deserved to be relegated. At 4-3 there were the usual chirpers trying to ridicule the idea. Completely missing the fact that 2/3rds of the way into the season we’re still in the bottom 4 and still haven’t strengthened the team with 2 days of the transfer window left.

Make no mistake we got out of jail last night. Anyone thinking we are out of the shit is deluded. There were moments of quality, but also moments of real fragility. We STILL keep gifting goals away, and where we're winning games its heavily influenced by some shite defending by the opposition. First goal last night - one defenders flaps like fuck and lets the ball through the Payne. A second slices his goal line clearance and it goes in. 4th goal, criminal defending on their part too. Where teams against us are solid and organised, we struggle. Throw into the mix a tendency to give sloppy goals away...

Pacy and physical strikers have a field day against us, the lad for them last night was made to look a world beater by two pedestrian paced centre backs. How come we don’t find a striker like that? If only Omari was given a chance.....

Ball and Caddis are the most important signings we’ve made. I can’t believe we’re still haggling over contracts. Thought we had confirmed relegation on 93 mins, now we might have just prolonged it. It’s been said before, but on the deck we’re a totally different side. Hoof to Doyle just doesn’t work; his timing is worse than Panzer’s. Fans were their usual spineless selves, less than 9k is still no excuse. Sounded like Arsenal for most of the match, fair dos to the 50 odd Shrew who out sung us from start to nearly finish. I don’t think the haggling is entirely between us and Ball. I think Ball is after some cash from Rotherham before he leaves. On the assumptions he’s a freebie and it won’t be millions, we should just pay it. In comparison to TOWIE and McCartan it’ll be money non-spunked- if that’s a word.

I stayed ten minutes after, just in case. What did we miss? Saw something really weird. A light in the sky which pulsated and grew then shrunk a few times, whilst moving in a non linear way, Not by big distances. Then this thing moved at a speed that No aircraft possibly could half way across the sky, then sign zig zagged a different way, impossibly fast, grew brighter and then quickly shrunk into itself disappearing completely. Weird as fuck
