Went through at 3-3 on Sky and said FT. Could this be a turning point?
Fuck me we needed that.

Brilliant goal by Ball. He was excellent too. He should be up top instead of Doyle - who was shite again

Fair play, 4-3 got to give them credit. Yes we have serious issues, but IF we make it out of this mess, that might well be the turning point.

Even when he was unfit with the rest of them you could see he had good, quick feet. We really need to pull off the Ball/Surridge signing this week for the sake of our season

Ball was excellent, great goal too, I probably scared all the other guests in my b&b when that went in.
Doyle is pure dogshit though. A decent striker would’ve scored 4 tonight but he seems to have a knack for hitting it at the keepers face instead of that big netty thing.

Can't argue with the chances he got tonight. A number 9 should eat them for breakfast.

Also I'm going out on a limb without seeing the replay but the keeper should have that free kick. Well hit but into his side.
Payne goes off again for a defensive player when we actually need to keep the ball and use it intelligently to keep them out of our half.
Ball's a player.

Ball and Caddis are the most important signings we’ve made. I can’t believe we’re still haggling over contracts. Thought we had confirmed relegation on 93 mins, now we might have just prolonged it. It’s been said before, but on the deck we’re a totally different side. Hoof to Doyle just doesn’t work; his timing is worse than Panzer’s. Fans were their usual spineless selves, less than 9k is still no excuse. Sounded like Arsenal for most of the match, fair dos to the 50 odd Shrew who out sung us from start to nearly finish.

Offers nothing as a target man and his finishing, which is supposed to be his best asset, was piss poor. Should have had the game sewn up before they got back into it.

Struggles to put his foot through it when the chances come to him. One effort was literally a back pass to the keeper from about 6 yards out.

Defender got a foot to it I think.

Those chances 6-10 yards out that are pulled back to him - he has all the power of an 8 year old in the way he hits it. He always seems off balance and wrong footed
