Our shooting is dogshit. I wouldn't have confidence in anyone more than 10 yards out.

It's coming, I can see it now. Carlisle equaliser and their 17 giving it large to the main stand

That's the best weve played this season. Makes a massive difference having a proper midfield. Cooke very good, Pritchard very good but Connelly was excellent.

I thought we looked really good in patches today. Some of the play between Cooke and Connolly was excellent. I thought Palmer looked tidy and much less flustered than when he has a deadweight alongside him.
Wood looked solid if unspectacular, Mellor had a shocker. BRE was his usual steady away until his moment of madness.
Promising today.

Prtichard has already matched Scannell's goals and assist tally. cc moshimoshiI’ll admit, we’re better off with Pritchaz and Connollsy. They looked good today. The fact is our midfield is invisible, and we made hard work of beating a shit team. Their first attack, they scored. Who’s responsible for that? For me it’s a team thing, once again without the ball we sit off, drop back and hope they do t find a way through. That’s not good enough. IMO Connollsy MOTM, thought Ishy took his goal well. Strikers were pants and BRE completely lost it with that tackle.

Doesn't do anything that stands out, just knocks the ball around and 'does a job'.

Wood reads the game well, yet another great cover tackle today and a cracking cross for the disallowed goal. Which was actually a perfectly good goal.

We have a lot of affection for Wood on here. He barely gets a mention on Bronco Talk.

One thing about Wood that’s underrated is his pace. He’s not Usain Bolt but he rarely, if ever, gets done by a pace merchant.
