Sooooooooo when are we going to get confident? Despite all our weaknesses we're doing pretty bloody well in an admittedly poor league. The right additions in Jan and we're laughing. Can't see us dropping out of the play offs now. Just need Ricc to get behind the lads, and especially the manager, FFS.

I think most of us predicted near enough the top six, i think my predictions are in the top nine. Wigan and Blackburn still look good bets for the top two, if we push the boat out a little we could easily take another wembley appearance and a win this time. Eoin Doyle and Josh Cullen for starters.

We're doing much better than I expected. The league is weaker than I believed it would be.
We have to push for 3-4 quality signings. Not only would that give us a real shot of a top 2 finish, it'd give us a better chance of nailing the playoffs if that's what it takes.
There's bound to be interest in Wyke. If anyone sticks 1m on the table I think we'd take it. I think it's 50/50 as to whether he'll be here come Feb. Same with Gillead.
At least one of Jones or McCartan will go and we'll bring one in. Lots of talk about Doyle and I'd be happy with that.
The key for the rest is whether the players we bring in are better than what we've got or whether we just add cover. We really need to add quality.
I don't think Cullen will be back.
What I'd love to see:
Keeper. A proper one. A winger. Striker.
And maybe a centre back if Thompson goes back.

Charlie Wyke- 11 goals, 5 assists
That was usually Hanson after an entire season at his peak, minus the assists.

Cunts 😂 Oh fuck me, give over! Really? We should be grateful for Hanson as his fee pays for Wyke? Ergo, everything Wyke ever does is the result of Hanson. We all owe Hanson a legacy debt. Oy vey, the lunacy.

Just seen the goals on t' telly. Fair johns to Nicky Law, cos we've given him some stick; both goals come about because he's made forward runs, beyond the strikers to break the lines of the opposition. That's exactly how he should play - centrally, and with a shit ton of forward runs.
Oh, and for all that young Robinson looks a decent prospect, he fucked up badly for their goal.

There it is in a fucking nutshell ladies. Watching a forward develop like Wyke makes me moist, but temper that with the fact that one tempting bid will see him go to pastures new. Why the Blades didn't go for him but went for Hanson beggars belief. We should be thanking Chef U, a commemorative plaque at the back of the kop celebrating the day they took him off our hands would be a fitting tribute.

To me Wyke is a great finisher but his all round play is still lacking. I don't see this complete forward that others seems to. His assist and hold up play looks to be improving though so I reckon he'll be at his most saleable in another year or two and it'd be beneficial for him if he stayed that long. As far as defensive work is concerned I couldn't give a sugar-coated shit how many corners he defends or how many times he pops up in his own area. As long as he gets goals, thats what he's there for.

Wyke hit that penalty with his right foot and I always thought he was left footed. At least Tony Mac is off then now

So.. gents... since Stuart returned as manager we’ve only spent 3 games outside the top 6.
3 games, in 2 years. He’s fucking shit though. Terrible manager. Tactically inept. Clueless, you could say.

Fuck it I’ll go the whole hog and say our lack of promotion last year was entirely down to Stuart’s tactical retardnedness.
He’s ruining Edins masterplan with his cautious bull shit approach to football.

Sir Stuart is the manager. That idiot Edin sanctioned the purchase of Shay McCartan.
I rest my fucking case.
No wait, no I don’t. Wigan? Unbeaten at home until stuart led his team there. Shrewsbury? Unbeaten at home until stuart led his team there. Southend? Unbeaten at home until stuart led his team there.
Now I rest.

Edins only mistake was taking McCall and abbots advice on McCartnen.
