11k sold, they say. I expect the club cocksuckers to be putting the boot into us, the negatives, the naysayers.
No FOMO here, I can tell you that. Besides, if we're actually doing well on the pitch (unlikely) I can always just buy a match ticket.

And this is exactly why we will remain in the khazi league for the foreseeable Sparks will remain in control and Rupp will feel the need to invest is no longer We fully deserve what we get next season thanks loyal fans you really have set us back again Exactly. This just validates the clown show down there, keeps Rupp as chairman and the utterly inept Sparks in the big chair. They get the club they deserve.

Sparks is still here Rupp is still here There's no external investment or sign of interest Nothing's changed on the VP front and we're 4 seasons away from the lease renewal The pitch itself is crap and VP is showing its age We still train at a school Until there is genuine action in regards to our long terms stability, development and growth this club's level will be the khazi. I just don't see the hope for the next 5, 10, 20 years. We could go up once, even successive promotions, and we're always a bad season away from being held back for years.

Let them have their day Wait till November Rupp still hasn't invested Sparks is conspicuous by his absence Sharp has returned to Wigan Gent and Alexander wondering what's gone wrong Taylor and Derbyshire feature alongside Smallwood on a quagmire of a pitch losing at home to Solihull Moors Maybe just Maybe they may realise but I doubt it

Each to their own. But anyone who's bought an ST for next season loses any and all right to complain about how the club is being run.

I’m not won over that this a legitimate season ticket total, he’s done it before and I suspect he’s doing it again bumping up the amount of sales

The season ticket total was announced at under 10k at midday yesterday, then GA says mid afternoon he's heard it is over 11k. I know of someone who has bought two tickets in kids names at £19 each to secure a seat round him so that if change happens and some of the people who have decided to stay away can come back and sit there by just buying a seat anywhere in the stand.
There is also a mention that nearly 50% have signed up by direct debit aswell. That's not money in the bank at all as I'm aware of people cancelling Direct Debits last season and their season tickets not then being allowed to be used, however they had no intention of turning up anyhow.
I don't really believe this figure being banded about, it can easily be manipulated by writing a whole block off for free school tickets. The Bulls did it a few years back when they claimed over 11k season tickets by handing them out to under 16s and their first game only seeing 4k turn up.

From the club, for this season - The club sold 7,810 Adult season tickets, in addition to 2,041 Senior, 1,971 Junior, 1,312 Youth and 954 Young Person. A total of 670 '25 Yearers' secured their place for 2023/24, with the final figure also comprising 296 carers. To view last year's final 2022/23 season-ticket sales figures, pleaseI'm 2% out, but from working it our rougly in my head - 52% of the 15,000 STs last season were adults 14% were seniors 13% were juniors 9% were youth 6% were young person 4% were 25 yearers Be interesting to see ho next season's breakdown compares. Kids STs went down in price a bit didn't they? I do wonder how many people have bought them to hold a seat as hammstrasse says, or just in case their kids do actually end up wanting to go / they have to drag them along if they can't get anyone to look after them.

I know this is all tinfoil hat stuff but I'm puzzled why my lads seat was sold in the first hour of B block being able to move - just one seat, and my seat sold last night/this morning. Seems a bit far fetched that two indivduals have moved into our seats the moment they were made available.
Not to mention the website shows 11 seats to my left to the end of the row when there are only six - Michael Woods brother, Michael Wood, Michael Woods mate, Mrs Angry, Mr Angry and my next door neighbour Andy. Well, my ex-next door neighbour.

A block and K block in the main stand are blocked out, and theres about 1500 seats there. Not sure if they're including them in the total, similarly with the front and back three rows in the kop.

I get why people renew, it's a habit, a hobby, a pass time and it's reasonably good value particularly for families. There's also the social aspect. It might be the only time lad and dad (of all ages) spend good quality time together and catch up. Or you get together with your mates and have a few drinks before the game. Loads of reasons.
How many times have you said that the match had ruined a perfectly good day? It's said in jest most of the time but the reality is that the day probably wouldn't happen without the match bringing you together. It's easy to say that you'll boycott your season ticket and still carry on with your other match day arrangements without going to the match but it would eventually fall off and you might lose something really good.
Everyone wants us to be competitive and not run like a circus but you have to weigh up all the pros and cons of renewing and for some people, a lot of people by the numbers given so far, the pros are still outweighing the cons. That might well leave us as the Sustainable Bantams but it seems that a lot of folk simply don't mind.

Sat'day afternoon supping stopped soon after.

Still, you've got loads of time to walk around garden centres, shopping precincts and National Trust places of interest with the Mrs now. Lovely.

Well, my ex-next door neighbour. I counted the seats today. Turns out Michael Wood’s brother doesn’t sit in the end seat, it’s just that whoever has the season tickets to the other 5 seats never turns up. I had to laugh. At myself.

That late resurgence probably added a couple of thousand. Not a bad total considering we're basking in mediocrity under big Ry and Rupp.

Someone is saying only 5k sold, have they actually sat there and counted the sold seats on them tiny pics? There's no way they've only sold 5,000. The final figure will be down, probably made up of either folk who've had enough or those that have fuck all better to do in their lives and it's a cheap day out. I expect the final figure will be around 13,500. Kiss my face....

We should be absolutely shitting all over league 2 next season, should Rupp stick to his word. Which he won’t because he’s a shithouse. Expect more vague bollocks about ‘competive budgets’ followed by patchy recruitment. We’ll retain a couple of the better players to feed the gompers before the summer windows inevitably fizzles out with a wimper.
I sincerely hope i’m wrong
