Why the mad rush to get home leg tickets on sale so quickly without thinking it through properly?
Surely they could have waited until the morning?
What a clownshow

What a clownshow It's part of Sparks new shakedown for money, in the t&Cs it says purchasing a ticket is us giving them permission to turn us upside down when we come through the turnstiles and they keep what falls out.

What a clownshow Carlisle had the details for the game at VP online, a few hours before us, so City would have been roasted for not publishing our side of the ticket info. Damned if they do etc.

I don't understand the mad rush to get them on sale so quickly. Unless Sparks was purposefully using FOMO marketing tactics to drive sales. I think lot of fans bought random seats assuming it was a free for all only to then be told ST seats were 'reserved'

Just rushed all round - but I don't get in the digital era why our fans have to buy instantly, it's not like its going to sell out overnight. We all know there's always issues with ticketing for these types of games but they sort it out / explain it better a bit later so I can't understand the mad rush.

The mad rush makes no sense.
It would have made sense to release details today, then put them on sale tomorrow with the full details to hand.
Also if the police have turfed people out of Midland road to keep all the Carlisle fans together, then say so. That way you don't piss off your own fans as they know it's on police advice. If the police didn't request this then why move the away fans?
As it stands you can't split tickets between people on the friends and family list meaning you buy one tickets or tickets for everyone in your list.
It's such a clownshow and self inflicted wound.

The Midland Road thing is odd. Do the play-offs have a guaranteed away allocation? Only way that makes any sense.

The Midland Road thing is odd. Do the play-offs have a guaranteed away allocation? Only way that makes any sense. Away teams must be offered 10% of the capacity. Sparks thinking will be not to waste 1 seat to maximise revenue. Carlisle won't sell out and any tickets unsold will probably be next to our allocation in MR so we will probably sell them. Sparks will see this as more workable than having 600 seats left unsold in the TL Dallas. Unfortunately he probably doesn't realise that as usual in the playoffs all the money from all 5 games goes into a pot and gets split between all 4 clubs and the efl. Unless we get to Wembley to bulk up the ticket sales there then we're not going to make as much as we would if it was a regular league game.

Beyond 2,000 tickets it's up to the club. MK Dons only gave Wycombe 2,000 tickets last season even though they had 20k empty seats in the stadium and 10% would be 3,000. Salford are giving Stockport 500 tickets because it's 10% of their ground. That's going to be absolute chaos as with Stockport being 12 miles down they will live in the similar postcodes. So it seems like moving away fans into Midland Road has only wound our fans up, there appears to be no reason for it, unless like I said prior the police have requested it, but if they have why not make it public knowledge rather than be hit with thousands of angry fans.

Gutted. The rage on that on #bcafc would have been delicious. Maybe next year.

Don't have an ST, so not arsed. I'm now fully engaged in fairweather fan mode and planning to attend only my 4th game of the season on Sunday.

Facebook will deliver anyhow when those who haven't been to a game all season find out they won't be handed tickets to Carlisle away. Loyalty points shouldn't matter for play-offs. Everyone should get a chance....

I saw video of their fans having a go at their owner. Their owner looks like someone who is on the Yew Tree list.

People talk about millennials being entitled. They haven't got a thing on Bradford City fans becoming apoplectic about their seats being taken from them
