This reminds me again of the opening gambit of a newspaper article years ago: Emile Heskey rammed his detractors taunts down their throats last night by scoring his first goal in thirteen games.
Where’s the Rupp out brigade now?

Fucking stupid shithouse. We’ve have to suffer god knows how many years of him taking the absolute piss, and all of sudden we are supposed to be thankful that we fluked 4 goals against a 2nd rate, injury ravaged conference crap! I hate this club and I’ve had enough!

He has a long, long way to go before he can start giving some back.
I googled a few old news articles. These comments from Rupp read as comedy... I know you can't hang off every word literally, but the authoritative tome he takes is a long way from what's happened over the last 6 years or so.
Immediately after Rahic left, December 2018 -
“The time for change has come and this marks the beginning of a new chapter for the club,” said Rupp, who has been happy to remain in the background since buying the club back in May, 2016.
“The people of Bradford deserve much, much better. I will do everything in my power to wash away the dreadful memories of the last 12 months and consign them to the history books for good.
“I have invested significantly in the club over the past two seasons and will continue to do so.
March 2019, before our imminent relegation -
“Our rebuilding work has already begun. We will deal with what comes our way, I take full responsibility for this, and work harder to come back from it.”
So by 'do everything' and 'full responsibility', it actually meant get the social media manager fast tracked to CEO then make him responsible for the club being 'sustainable'.

I think someone's overlooking all the leaflet printing and frozen fast food starters sponsorship deals we're landing. Typical. You'll only be happy when we start winning football matches.

It's thanks to him that we've got a club to support you ungrateful bastard.

Can’t wait to see if Billy Big Bollocks will be waving his dick after we get bummed 4-0 by Middlesbrough’s reserves tonight.
