Stuart McCall was a fine servant of the club whose battling performances alongside the likes of Peter Jackson and big Ron Futcher long live in the memory. In many respects he is a club legend and quite rightly so. But in business terms he had to be considered as an individual. This time last year his position was becoming untenable and the club was quite right to remove him from the Head Coach position going forward.

Are you a WUM / Edin apologist / mental / all of the above?! I think he's a lazy WUM. Got to be if they're using bullshit bingo terms like "going forward" and can't be arsed to get phrases like "live long in the memory" right. Reminds me of someone from the old C&B forum actually. Was it the Outsider who used to post wind-ups like this? OR am I mixing him up with someone else?

Supporters express passionate opinions and quite rightly so in this day and age of social media platforms such as Faceebook, Twitter and Instagram respectively. But Stuart's unsanctioned interview with a Scottish tabloid on the premises of his employer was a brazen breach of company protocol and he was correctly sanctioned in terms of regulations stipulated.
