www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/sport/16978389.bradford-city-hopkin-prepares-for-transfer-window/The odd interesting quote in here regarding transfers. First up it looks like there’s been no concrete guarantees of money to spend in January, he’s just ‘sure there will be: Looks like Edîn’s lead him to believe he’ll be able to strengthen but not guaranteed it. One out one in maybe? Who’s going to want our dross? Mind you, we found a taker for Poleon so anything’s possible This one’s interesting because he’s talking of ‘certain players’ he’d like rather than areas that need strengthening. This looks like HopkinS is picking specific targets and bypassing the shambolic committee headed by football’s foremost expert: And this one’s just pure, unadulterated bollocks:

He’s also not yet versed in the Bradford City way and seems to think that you actually prepare now for a January transfer window:
He’s got a lot to learn but fortunately we’ve got Edín here to show him where he’s going wrong.

He'll get a shock when he finds out the cupboard is bare. Uncle Edin has already emptied the copper jar and is now moving on to the kiddies piggy banks.

The way things are going strengthening in January will be too late. I can see the January window being exactly the same as last year and becomes an absolute joke.

The last January transfer window was planned. *We were in for Kieffer Moore, sign Kai Bruenker and decide on the final day of the transfer window to put in a serious offer for Dennis- only for the deal to fall through. Abbott pipes up telling us he bought Dennis pizza and that it "cost a lot of money that did" *Edin wanted rid of McMahon, Scnunthorpe put in a money offer for McMahon, we reject it because Blackpool weren't picking up the phone for Kelvin Mellor. *Abbott reassures us that we are only after proven quality. After a long wait, we finally sign Callum Guy, a man who made his pro debut playing for Bradford City. If Hopkin has any sense, he'll use the expertise of Edin and Abbott to his advantage. He'd be mad not to.

January will be the poor cunts rite of passage. Only then will he truly understand what it is to be manager of this football club.

Nevermind warning them just sack the fucks, they've already proved they're not good enough - should have done this the minute he signed the dotted line

The best signal they could send would be to bin off Abbott and cancel a couple of contracts for the likes of Brunker.

The thing is were the fans on the players backs before we conceded the first goal? I don't think they did or they definitely didn't more than usual around me.
Miller got some stick, and rightly so, for that horrendous miss at the end of the game. Why should he be exempt from criticism because he is a kid? He shouldn't, he is a professional footballer and that miss was unacceptable from a player earning a wage from the game.

I agree, the lad next to me said, “He’s only a kid”, to which I made the same point as you, except less subtly.

No wonder the lads can't perform with ignorant oafs not getting behind them.

#JGBTLFFS how many times do I have to put this up here? If I promise I will do, will you guarantee me a win tomorrow night?
