Serious question but can Payne play centre mid? I honestly thought that was his preferred position but that he could play behind the front two if required. If JOB stays anchored in midfield give Payne the tip of the diamond Bet you'd give him the tip of your diamond m8

0-0. It wasn't a loss - positives to take from the performance. Clean sheet. We're on our way etc.

'Stopped the rot'. How does a nil - nil draw stop the rot? If we lose our next match what does that do to the rot stopping 0-0?

O Donnell 6
Mellor 5 ...looks scared of the ball
Wood 5 .... looked scared of everything
McGowan 5... not very good
O Connor 6... better than McGowan but still shit
Scannell 7... looks match fit and did everything right but he can't cross
JOB 5 ... what was all the fuss about? Gave the ball away fuck loads.
LOB 5... Poor
Gibson 4... that's why he doesn't start
Doyle 5... completely starved again
Miller 6 ... looked like the only player capable of scoring but spent more time on the floor than on his feet

I’ve said this before but anyone who will try to take on a defender automatically becomes a crowd pleaser. Man of the Match? Utter dogshit, although I couldn’t suggest anyone else- which says it all.

We're the new Coventry. Beige and pointless. If that result doesn't prove that we are easily in with the shittest teams in this league, I don't know what will.

That was fucking awful. Our team is so so poor, they look like a bunch of fucking amateurs. The frightening thing is that we had the better chances and still didn’t manage to win. I keep hearing “at least they tired”. Fuck me jesus wept. This is what we’ve been reduced too. Highlight was the Edin out chants at the end.

O'Donnell -7- best signing of the summer. Will win POTY. Says it all really.
Mellor -6- alright actually. Until it came to passing the ball and then he was as wank as the rest.
McGowan -6- nothing to do, fairly solid.
O'Connor -6- see above.
Wood -4- looked like Chicksen was back. Shite.
Scannell -7- only threat we had. No final ball mind.
LOB -3- Utter shite. Can't wait for Reeves to be back. And yes I can't believe I just said that either.
JOB -5- few tackles. Can't pass. Meh
Gibson -1- was he playing? Wank.
Doyle -4- not a target man.
Miller -5- ran around a bit.
Overall I'm depressed at how utterly hopeless we are. Hopkin is partly to blame, his football is fucking dogshit and we don't even have the proper players to play it. Dropping Payne for Gibson is just as bad as everything Collins did.
I can't see a way back for us. We are well and truly fucked.
Edin out.

20 or so at the back of the kop hanging about at the end singing 'Edin out'. No one else batted an eyelid. Think the majority are just resigned to this shit show.
We go again Tuesday etc...

Am I missing something or is it just me that thinks we could have lost that game 6/7 - 2 yesterday based on decent chances? They could have been out of sight by half time if their finishing was better (this is becoming a recurring theme now). We give so many opportunities away every fucking game it is unreal, for all of Hopkin’s supposed organisational skills I aren’t seeing fuck all so far. Whether it’s not picking up men at corners or watching yet another fucking player just walk straight through the middle of us....it is fucking pathetic, you set of cunts, sort it the fuck out.
Second half was better by us but for people to say that we were unlucky not to get three points is in my opinion way off the mark. For every penalty we should have had, there is an O’Donnell save to keep us in it...for every post we have struck, there is a breakaway that should have been scored...it was a draw all day long against two teams that will be down near the bottom come May. We talked to a Bristol fan on the way back home, “you were probably the poorest team we have played this season”, this is a team that has played rock bottom Plymouth, a new promoted Accrington and Coventry....we are fucking shit no bones about it.
O’Donnell was my MOM with #scanz probably coming as second choice. The rest of them were poor today with Wood, young O’Brien and Gibson probably being the worst. Gibson in particular was shocking and showed why he simply isn’t ready to be starting games.
Overall a point is obviously better than a loss but it doesn’t really help us at the minute. We are beginning to head into the realms of needing to put playoff form together to reach 50 points unless we start picking up wins soon. We have to win against Wimbledon somehow but I can’t see it and as for Sunderland our arses are going to look like they’ve been fingered by an elephant come five o’clock next week.

Every team that has played us has managed to create chances against us and easily catch us on the break. They should have scored yesterday with the length of the field breakaway but somehow managed to fuck it up. The lack of a big numb cunt of a target man is killing us as Hopkin bases his football around it.Nowt like leaving it till after the transfer window to bring Hopkin in thus leaving him with very little option in signing his own players. Looks like the Rahic express has hit the buffers.

Looks like the Angry Germanic (Bosnian) gnome express has hit the buffers. I saw someone point out that this is a recurring theme. Grayson in juts after the transfer window, Hopkin in just after the transfer window. Edin really wants to do the squad building. New manager for the start of Feb?
