I’m just not sure Evans is an option ever. He got his dick out and waggled it about in front of. Female member of staff. Imagine that had been your daughter, granddaughter niece etc and the message it sends out. It’s never going to happen and nor should it. I’m convinced of Rupp opened his purse strings ever so slightly we’d be able to get someone like Nathan Jones in If he comes in and gets this club promoted, I'd happily see his cock emblazoned on a banner in the kop.

No idea. I just don't want Sparks to be the hiring committee.
Is there anyone we can talk to on a consultancy basis to help with the hiring?
I mean, what the hell do we do in interviews? Imagine the answers Bowyer, Adams and Hughes would have given, if even asked, to 'what sort of football do you want to play?' or 'what should our approach be when playing at home?'. (I know Bowyer wasn't a Sparks hire, but it fits the same mould how we hire)
I wonder how much of a role a certain ex-chairman plays in the managers. He got Sparks his fast-track gig remember and wouldn't surprise me if he's on speed dial for help when needed.

We have no long term plan other than throwing darts a board and hoping one of them sticks. I'm glad in a way that Hughes has gone but that won't change that terrible midfield we have now Pattison is injured again. The Tranmere game yet another point in question, the motm Hendry was a central midfielder. But not for us unsurprisingly. Until that problem is solved we ain't going nowhere.

The Tranmere game yet another point in question, the motm Hendry was a central midfielder. But not for us unsurprisingly. Until that problem is solved we ain't going nowhere. I don't think we'll ever have a long term plan / strategy / vision while we're in L2 and under Rupp. It's over 7 years now since Rupp took over, 5 since Edin left and Rupp saying 'I'll do everything in my power to get this club back to where it belongs etc' It's our 5th season at this level and we're looking for our 6th manager here. As things stand, unless we fall into investment or a massive player windfall the whole attitude is look no further than the next transfer window, constantly firefighting and plate spinning. We were crying out for this years ago, even before Rupp, and probably before Lawn and Rhodes. The time to do it was years ago, IMO we're too far rooted where we are to plan and build long term. All this income from STs, young player sales and sponsorship deals has just been pissed away, not just paying managers off but allowing terrible transfers. The likes of Guthrie, Elliot, Robinson and all the rest before, then Hughes dumping kids after giving them 3 year deals while giving his geriatric mates contracts. We've had decent playing budgets I think, it just gets fucking wasted by dinosaur managers. There's just more and more pressure on hoping the revolving door of managers and players just works for a season, just one bloody season. The only thing that keeps the fans going in that sense of new hope for a bit. Even if we go up - then what? Will Rupp help support or invest financially or will there be even more pressure to sell STs and sponsorship deals to support the club at a higher level?

He got Sparks his fast-track gig remember and wouldn't surprise me if he's on speed dial for help when needed. And therein lies the issue. When asking candidates about their playing style, it needs to be against a reference point of a playing style that's determined above the manager. We're a low wealth, working class city, and the type of football that this fan base connects to, is high intensity, direct, aggressive, lots of penalty box action football. You need to get the crowd engaged. We're never going to be a 3 at the back and lets pass it sideways type of side. We're just not. That's not to say it should be aimless long ball either - the 1999 side was direct, got the ball forward quickly and then Beagrie and Blake had the magic. Ipswich were the side that 'played football'. Its the sort of football played by Steve Evans we need. And that cunt knows his onions and players at this level. Get the fat, cock waiving fucker in, pronto.

I see Neil Harris is available.
Not saying I want him, but already I'm seeing crying from our fanny fanbase over 2017 and him not being a nice man.
I swear half our lot just want Gary Jones and Filipe Morais based on their radio commentary and saying what we can all see.

Here you go. Fill your boots with this list if you want to see the current state of the 'dart board' www.bettingodds.com/thesackrace/teams/bradford-city Danny Cowley current favourite But it's when you get to the 25/1 lot that the randomness really hits in Frank Lampard anyone? Sam Alladyce? I swear it's all just bs at this point (although give me Warnock anyday)

Let’s hope Karl Robinson is only in there because he’s available. If he gets it we might as well sack it off because we’re only letting ourselves in for eighteen months of exactly the same shit.
Not a fan of Cowley’s football either.

Warnock is probably a no goer so it has to be the Cowleys or Leam Richardson for me. Both totally different styles of play though.
Please please please not Artell or Robinson.

Kevin Philips at 25/1. He’d got South Shields playing some decent winning football. Really not a bad shout.
It’ll be Karl fucking Robinson, won’t it.

Couldn't really give a fuck. Nothing will change. We'll still have to be a 'sustainable' club for as long as Rupp is in charge. As long as that's the mantra and we're desperately trying to flog STs, shirts and sponsorships to survive and desperately hoping for a youth sale now and then you're right, nothing changes. Even if we went up we'd never survive without investment, even if it meant we could recoup it from putting it in in the first place.

Is Cowley hoofball or football?
I had him down as hoofball but Parker is saying he favours a possession based passing style.
