He might be good for a short term boost. Galvanise them and create a good environment to work in. But long term the old failings of tactical nous, dithering over substitutions and worrying too much about the opposition will come to the fore. He won't have the legend status to keep the majority on side either.
That said I'm happy for him!

I don't really rate him as a manager but he's light years ahead of what we've replaced him with.
At Scunny he'll have a bit of money to spend and a supportive chairman so he should do well for them. City fans will use Scunthorpe at home to really show Edin just how disgruntled they are by chanting 'Stuart, Stuart' quite a lot.

I wonder if rahic will request he isn’t in the visiting dugout because of safety concerns. He does know safety concerns and must be taken seriously.

I don't think they'll be up by Christmas, but I reckon he'll do well there.

Just to get rid of the helicopter tragedy thing from the front page, I'm fucking sick of it.

Not together no, I'm not a pervert. Well, not about toast anyway. My German ex struggled to comprehend beans on toast, yet he'd get special toasting chocolate sent from the fatherland, Little squares of which would be laid on the bread in a toaster laid on it's side. Most strange.
