Tbf, Sweden might not win. This one looks to close to call.

I watched last night's game in BCM square magaluf, and it was mental. But it was also difficult to appreciate all aspects of the game. Back home now and I've just watched it again, without the tension and whilst being able to listen to the game. I underestimated how profound a moment last night's win could be. That was like an away game. Packed with Columbia fans, for a young side to overcome that atmosphere, the scandalous behaviour of the Columbia players and staff, the last minute equaliser, the dreaded penalties... to overcome all that is immense. The monkey off our back regarding the 'penalty curse'... dont understimate what that means psychologically for the team and the fans. Its no longer inevitabke that we lose on pens. History doesn't have to repeat itself. Look at the reaction when we won - that outpouring of joy and relief. The circumstances of last night COULD be the moment that forges this team into a proper team. With belief and resilience. Magaluf? You'll be lucky to be alive for the final with the bad aids you've got.

Tbf, Sweden might not win. This one looks to close to call. It'll be a tight, dour, snoozefest BUT at this stage no one will give a fuck if we sneak a 1-0 win with another set piece.

I'm getting all Kevin Keegan reading the mardy arse guff on here. 'I'd love it if we win it'...... FWIW can I just clarify I don't think we'll win it, or make the final, but I am really pleased the team got through to the QF's and given us for once a decent moment to enjoy at a finals. im not one for this "it's coming home shite" but it has been lovely working in Dumries and Stanraer today giving large doses of it to the jocks. We will get smashed in the final vs France or Brazil but getting there is a great achievement The game tomorrow is very tough and it is going to be very difficult for us to win against a decent team, when you consider some of their results i think some of the usual suspects are getting ahead of themselves and painting a picture that it is all too easy for our rivals to latch onto thinking that we are all the same. When we are not. But we have a chance. The scottish tradesmen i've bumped into recently at work have all been saying 'we thought you'd have your st georges cross on the van' but i'm keeping it cool, feet very much on the ground as we still have a hell of a lot to do and we need to play much better in open play and they are just waiting for the inevitable to happen. Having said that, again i'm going all kevin keegan again as i'm trying not to imagine how good it would be to celebrate the ultimate victory up here. As has been said, don't do this to yersen!

Eng v Swe is shaping up to be the drab affair everyone expected. One goal either way settles this.

Sterling is costing England like McClean cost us. Absolute abortion of a centre forward

In the next few years Pickford will emerge as comfortably the best keeper in the world.

That was an excellent performance from England. We never looked like losing it. Second half almost had me believing. That was professional and controlled. England were completely on top in the second half. If we can produce that for ninety minutes in the semi then we’re there. Not sure if I could take a final against France though. My nerves might not be able to stand a game against the eternal enemy.

The winger's equivalent of presence. On another note, I'm going to have to kill the next fucker who says, "It's coming home" What is? A trophy we've never actually won? The song refers to the game, so as it's in Russia how the fuck is 'it' coming home? Happy victory one and all!
