Ollie Pope looks good so far. I like his intent. Looks pretty comfortable. Unfazed. FFS, gave him the kiss of death there.

There's a couple of shitters in the top order for England. Namely Malan and Cook.

That's awful. They'd be better going out and pretending it's a one dayer.

We're crying out for a quality pair of openers. When was the last time we had two at once?

Jennings doesn't look like he's enjoying this.

Jennings looks good and Root looks far more comfortable batting at 4. Who do we have to bat at number 3?
I think we could see a shock return for Ian Bell pretty soon.

Cook's got to be under real pressure now.

Cook's got to be under real pressure now. Retires after this series. He’s averaged 15.6 in this series and hasn’t hit runs consistently for ages but he’s still averaging almost forty five which just shows how good he was in his pomp.

He's played test cricket his whole career and had very few County games. He could go and captain Essex for a few seasons.

Probably told he was about to be dropped so given a chance to go out with dignity. Really struggling for openers now - Keaton Jennings is our no1...

That average was 47.5 after hus, double, hindered vs WI last year. It just shows what a torrid time he's had. Who do we even have in County Cricket to replace him?
