He's a fucking mong just like the rest Can't see the fucking obvious the fans can. Picks his favourites every bloody week. No urgency to any play, ever. Bowyer + McCall + Adams = Mark Hughes.

Shit manager. Just does the same things over and over again.
The minute we drop out of the play offs he’s officially and undeniably failing.

Losing is part of football and building a team/squad takes time. I'm prepared to be patient to a certain extent. Seeing the same team make the same mistakes week in week out is brain-dead though.

He’s paid to make the difference on match day. It’s down to him to see the pattern of the game as it unfolds and react to it. Any retard in the stand could play the same players in the same formation every week and leave the like for like subs until too late. In all honesty Hughes has brought very little to the table besides his name so far.

We've been found out and are boringly predictable.
That and you now know exactly what mistakes and level of performances from certain individuals we're going to get each week.
The man's more stubborn than Adams and it'll be his downfall if it continues. We're easy to play agaisnt and we're starting to look fragile mentally when we go behind.

The last two games we’ve downed tools before full time. What’s Mr Bigname doing about it?

I'm happy to be patient, sacking managers every 12 months isn't the way to run a football club. But I also expect to see evidence that Hughes is learning from his mistakes and improving things, even if it isn't perfect and even if it takes a bit of time. I don't even have an issue with a consistent formation if he rotates out failing players, even if it turns out the replacements aren't much better. But it's the sane names serving up the same shit every week. Gilliead is really starting to fuck me off now, and he's certainly not the only one.

I'm all for building teams and squads and giving a manager the time. But it has to be the right manager and just like the rest he isn't the right one. We don't have much room in January for change as we spunked most of our money on this current crop of turds. Yet another shite appointment from Sparks, he's fucking useless.

Evans would have made Parkinson's football look like tiki-taka, but he'd have got us out of this shithole of a division.

Hughes has a huge squad but doesn’t change it up when players are clearly under performing or out of form. What’s the point in having all of these players? I firmly believe that the root cause of a lot of our problems is our central midfield. A partner is needed for Smallwood in January who is comfortable on the ball and can play at tempo without shitting themselves when pressed or faced with a low block. Maybe East is the man for that role but he’s not getting a look in so we might as well send him out to make room for someone who Hughes will play. Sutton might as well go too, he ain’t going to play regularly as an attacking midfielder or right back and if he can’t get a look in with our current central midfield options then he might as well be sent out too. Also what’s the point in persisting with the same tactics for every minutes of every game? Mix it up a bit ffs. When we went direct a little bit in odd games earlier this season it actually worked to an extent but we seem to have abandoned that completely. We need to be flexible because doing the same thing over and over again when it clearly isn’t working is the sign of stupidity.

I wouldn’t be against Evans at all in fact Id like to see him given a go here to see what he could do but it’s a complete myth that he’d guarantee promotion. He struggled to get Mansfield out of this division and couldn’t get Posh going in league one. He was also shite at Gillingham. Before rocking up at Stevenage he hadn’t done anything for a while. Maybe he’s suited to smaller clubs where he can play the underdog role?

This one went under the radar, speaking after last Saturday:
"It was obviously Lee Angol’s old club as well so I wanted to see if we could get a reaction from that.”

Only saw that this morning. Fucking hell, a manger whose ‘tactic’ is playing someone against a former club. Why worry about things like tactics, formations, danger men and in game management when you can put your trust in the so-called ‘law of the ex’. We’ve got another turkey.

He might just be playing his cards close to his chest, but if this is genuine, that’s another season wasted:
