I just want revenge for the embarrassing reverse fixture, got absolutely no appetite for anything else after last night. Shame it doesn't clash with the funeral, that might be a better watch than the turgid Bowyerball shite we're being force fed now.

Zeli injured. I'm shocked that's so out of character

Zeli injured. I'm shocked that's so out of character I'm more concerned at Staunton, he was supposed to be end of January and was making good progress at the beginning of the month. We do seem to have far more injuries every season than most clubs and recovery always seems slower. One thing I have noticed since T&S have been in charge is they keep injury news very close to them and release very little in the public domain.

I just hope that he can fully recover and he isn’t totally knackered by trying to come back too soon. Lads got his whole career ahead of him.

I just want us to have a right proper fucking go. If we're not good enough to make that count, then fine. But this is league 2. Its fucking Harrogate! Just get into them!

It's fucking Barrow. We should be smacking these teams in the face with our claret and amber magnum dong. Fucking into them, intensity from the start, and press when needed. None of this sitting fucking back, trying to play cautious counter attacking style. The fans need a start with more intent and urgency, and results aside, the managers need some of it in the bank as well. They do not want to be associated with Bowyer and McCall esque cautious, negative starts at places like fucking Harrogate.

What utter elitist dribble, be thankful we've got a team to support against these village teams. We've got players that live local and paid peanuts, give me shit cheap football over good players and success any day. Any way as a club our dong looks like Lesley Chows from the hangover.

I don't believe 'big' teams - big in the sense of relative to where they are - show as much respect as we do (specifically bending over in our case) to teams they should be walking over. We've been embarrassed so many times over the years - Harrogate, Barrow, Accrington, Forest Green, Dagenham and others - we have a ready made list of excuses for us and compliments for opponents so as to gloss over our failings. Did Leeds ever have our mindset when they were in L1/Ch? Do the team at the top of the PL, your Man Us, Man Citys, Liverpools, approach relatively similar games with such over-respect and trepidation, or do they try to kill them on the pitch? People will say Harrogate will probably be putting in the extra effort as we're rolling into town. Well it should be the other way around - we should be putting in the effort to embarrass them and get revenge for last time.

Frightening thing is some of those teams mentioned are better run organisations than ours. Forest Green and Harrogate only playing in front of 1 man and his dog a few years ago yet on an equal footing with us. In us turning round our season we've kinda lost track of the fact these days we are just a run of the mill league 2 club.

We've said that a thousand times - better ran clubs than us, villages of 5,000 people with a football team with more of a business plan and vision of where it should be. We're not looking for Man City levels of off the field approaches, investment and attitude, but we have a ready made list of excuses and reasons for not doing things that could be achievable for us with some foresight, vision and a bit of investment. It's not just money. It's attitude - it seems it's improved somewhat since Sparks took charge but it wouldn't have taken much.

Clarke is gonna get an extension ain't he ‘Player’/youth team coach. You know it’s coming. With Rhodes still influencing things you’ve got to think it’s a distinct possibility.

It’s bad enough playing him on the wing but in the right kills me. If he must play it has to be behind the front two, he can’t play any other position. At all.
That said his ideal position for me would be Grimsby.

Good to see we're really going to get at them from the off with old jeldi legs waddling his zimmer up and down the wing.
