Why piss anyone off? We all support Bradford City. I know one group of people who will not touch City with a barge poll while Sparks promotes this cause. Mr Rupp would love to see more of our Muslim friends embracing the club I'm sure. Our crowds would be fantastic! Who knows what Sparks is up to? that probably says more about that group of people than the club tbh. If you aren't willing to go near a club because of a rainbow to me you aren't a fan, you're quite fucking pathetic.

Says more about Huggybears opinion of that group than anything, given how it sounds like a complete crock of shit. Anyway, huggybear, shove it up your arse you homophobe cunt.

I mean going on twitter and seeing the City badge flanked by a homosexual political statement. I'm a Christian and I don't believe in it but people can do what they want. For me, football is an escape from the shit that is going on in life and to have this rammed down my throat is excluding me. I feel the 'other' and I shouldn't having supported this club well before Sparks was born. If he wants to promote his own beliefs he should do it ion his own account and not uses BCFC as a vehicle to express his desires. Keep the badge sacred. I bet he wouldn't put the poppy on it. It reads to me like you really want to try having something rammed down your throat, but are too scared to try. Nothing to be ashamed of m8.

Anyway can we talk more about the fact our club has finally made a good decision at the right time. The fact you go on Twitter and there is a sea of positivity is great.. we are finally united for once, it won't last forever I' sure but whilst it does then lets fully get behind Truman & Sellers!!

Absolutely and let's hope for a 5-0 victory tmw to celebrate the fact. Well done to all at City. The right call at the right time. Yes, a bit of luck but a lot more of proper planning and structures. Exactly what Cows Arse has been calling for since it's inception. Ryan, if you're reading, and I presume you are as you have done exactly what we've been asking for for years, well done! You took some stick early on, some of us thought we'd taken the easy/cheap option again. Whether true or not, you've done exactly what was needed. Onwards and upwards, Bantam Progressivism is back!

Been ruminating on this a bit, and I reckon in 20-30 years time, coaches like these two, the Cowleys, Brendan Rodgers, Mark Warburton etc will outnumber ex pros.
It's taken 150 years but the game is waking up to the idea that having played as a pro doesnt mean you'll make a good coach, and not having played as a pro should be no barrier whatsoever to a career as a first team coach.
I mean weve had Wenger, Mourinho, Hodgson and even Lennie Lawrence but they were always the massive exception, it's getting more and more common.
Get them badges done lads.

Most ex footballers are retards and the English game in particular is riddled with blokes who still point at planes.

Wait till he finds our our badge already has a cock on it, our mascot is a man dressed as a cock (not lenny), and we are basically known as 'the tiny cocks' . Shit gonna get real

Sparks in the T&A today-
“We were at the wrong end of the table and everyone was facing dire consequences.”
The reaction speaks for itself. The gamble of fast-tracking the two coaches has so far yielded a return beyond every expectation.
But Sparks sensed it would be right from their dug-out debut at Crawley – one of the few games this season played in front of fans.
“Our backs couldn’t have been any further against the wall. We might as well have been in the concrete.
“But something happened that night. The switch flicked and the players responded and found something inside themselves.
“The way we played was round pegs in round holes, the formation was different, the players understood what they were being asked to do and made life very difficult for Crawley .
“They almost thrived in the atmosphere and they’ve carried that forward.
“We’re a team now that frustrates opposition and appears to make life difficult.
“That’s what this club should be. You shouldn’t want to come to Valley Parade – this is not a place for an opponent.
“We’ve rolled out the red carpet far too many times in my time here
--------
2 weeks ago McCall was talking about the overreaction/ hysteria of the National League, and said he could have turned it around here had he stayed.
Sparks, in a polite way and not specific, is kind of saying thank fuck we changed it and started doing it right.

It’s not rocket science. It’s doing the basics right and getting the foundations into place. The stuff we’ve been saying on here for ages, rather than just blaming the supporters and expecting ‘more support’ to be the turning factor.

It's all well and good Sparks throwing the shade around now, but he's the one who extended McCall's contract.

If it was so obvious that McCall couldn't do it (and it was that obvious tbf), why the hell did he get a new deal a week or two before he was fired? Being too much of a snide twat isn't a good look.

Agreed. It’s done, it’s gone. He fucked up then he made it right. There’s nothing to be gained from bad-mouthing McCall now other than to make himself look like a bit of a shit.

Nothing to be gained from bad mouthing Stuart, it didn’t work out and he’s gone, the club and him move on. 10-15 years time he’ll be cringing every time he reads that back
