I was living the DVD dream back then. Had my own place for the first time with this annoying woman. Got a surround sound DVD player with a sub woofer and replaced all my old VHS tapes with DVDs. I was the fucking nuts mate.
Imagine putting a DVD on now like some sort of caveman.

I used to go to 2001 in Great Horton, and there was a really shit one in Queensbury that had about 15 tapes. #vhsrentalchat My Dad used the one on Whetley Lane near the traffic lights with Carlisle road. Usually stuff like i spit on your grave. There was a chip shop 2 doors away, beautiful cake buttys. Delete my account.

Forgot about hiring games. I think I used to hire games for the Wii. Is it too early to call thread of the year? #TOTY

My grandad died in his back to back cottage just off Whetley Lane in 1978.
The whole street was demolished not long after.

I once did a shit on the doorstep of a carpet warehouse. It looked exactly like a Cadbury’s Picnic bar.

That reminds me of one night when I was out on the piss, staggering home, starving hungry but couldn't find a kebab shop. I sat down outside a Carpet Warehouse and some idiot had left a Cadbury's Picnic Bar! Couldn't believe my luck. Tasted awful though.
