That Randall of theirs is some prospect. Little cunt’s just taking the piss out of us. Yeah but they dont have 6 academy prospects do they?? Where's their finlay Dawson-Creek? Where's their Keegan Scales? Where's their Motterz?

Has to be. If it’s tactical it’s lunacy.

Cooke was having a good game, shame for him and the team.

We should encourage more counter attacks - we've scored more than a few goals from them this season. If we had a bit more pace in the side and more clinical decision makers when it comes to getting the ball forward we'd be a huge attacking threat.

Thought they were all over us first half but we improved second half. We’re so weak defensively though and we lack a cutting edge up front. Having said that, replacing BRE, DMH and Samuels in the squad with players of real quality in their positions would make a huge difference.
I worry about the formation too. Yes it’s been the one that we’ve looked best at and in that respect it’s good that McCall has seemingly settled on it and quit the tinkering approach. However he’s also banging on about getting Evans and some of the other injured players back and I’m not sure where they fit into the current formation.

He knows it's not his favoured position, but he'll do a job.

Got this a bit wrong but I still won't celebrate dropping 2 points at home in league 2 to Exeter.

I think Evans would do ok up front in this team. He’s got to be better than Donaldo. Games like yesterday when we're under defensive pressure he was always an effective outlet, played up to his feet or chest he pretty much always either held it up and laid it off or drew a foul. He's no goal scorer and there's no pace but he can certainly do a job as a link man.

I’ll concede he improved in the second half but it was from such a low bar that he really couldn’t have got any worse. He’s another one where it’s just a matter of counting the days until his contract expires and we can pull the chain.

Its pretty depressing that we have a 36 year old forward and we're acknowledging probably his better attributes involve holding up the ball when we're under pressure.
Give me goals or the threat of them at least.
