Went to Woodhouse Grove, so he knows the training pitch too. Have a look at the guy's LinkedIn and fucking weep. I'm sure he's a lovely lad but so's the feller who empties the bins on our street, and I wouldn't have him running City either.
Two years ago he was the media gob for Featherstone cunting Rovers. A track record of success it fucking isn't.
I'm absolutely done and done.

Look at the promotion list. Anyone else think he's been groomed from the day he Rhodes came back?

I can't even tweet anything humourous or scathing. I'm just numb. What we need as a club is to be grabbed and shaken to get us out of this long term decline. What we've got with Sparks and a McCall new deal is more of the same. How on earth is this progressive? What a thoroughly sad day this is. It’s the death of this club, that’s what it is. Just like in the past, we’ve all called where our shitty decisions would lead. Rahic, Collins, Bowyer, Rhodes, shitty signings. The difference this time is that the outcome will be terminal.

I need a massive fucking drink, It's Collins all over again.
My plan is to relentlessly play the lottery now, maybe i'll strike lucky one day and be able to buy this sinking ship and turn it around, until then, it's in the hands of people who don't seem to know which way is up or give a toss. The buzz of a possible Jenkins, even the slight optimism of a Jewell i'd have been semi alright with, but Sparks... There's people on here with more experience than this lad.
Christ alive, this club just takes and takes

We’ll finish one spot above the relegation places and it’ll be considered an achievement. We’ll be wallowing in smarmy comments justifying his appointment. If it wasn’t so sad it’d be pathetic.

I've always thought to myself most people on a downward spiral, or those such as druggies or boozers, don't just make one bad decision to end up where they are - its many, many bad decisions. Feels like that with us a bit. Years and years of bad decisions. Take 2020 - who have we brought in on or off the pitch who has managed to lift the place, or actually contribute positively? Nothing has been improved, its actually gotten worse. Everything just seems like another step backwards.

Normally love a good old social-media meltdown but not even bothered to read it I’m that fed up. It’s no surprise we’re serial underachievers when all we’re good at is taking the easy option.

Disliking Sparks more by the day. You seen his latest interview?
It's Michael Collins all over again. Finds himself in a position he's nowhere near ready for and instead of being gracious is acting like a cocky little prick.
Basically just ends up vomiting up management buzz speak in this latest interview.

It was a strange piece, avoiding eye contact constantly correct his "i" for "we" continuously and refusing to admit mistakes which are blatant he's made. To me that comes across as very arrogant or a boy trying to do a man's job. If he gets this manager decision wrong he's gone

Can't sack himself and Agustus is too busy racing cars to notice or care.

By all means sack McCall for poor results but don't give the bloke a contract extension then 16 days later fire him after banging on about stability. Then claim no mistakes were made because it makes you look a fucking dick.
