Lad at work offered to make me some breakfast today. Came back with this: I'd die the death of an Ethiopian extra on a Bob Geldof money making scheme than eat that shit.

It wasn’t as bad as it looks. The council road paint was a particular highlight.

I have a camera drone and I fly it a bit. This though is utterly ridiculous.

I had this theory that drone camera types weren't to be trusted and probably have beards but that shit is properly impressive.

caanberry.com/is-football-index-a-ponzi-scheme/A good read into the world of what was Football Index. Now in administration, only a fool would have invested in this get rich scheme in the first place. When some looks to good to be true it usually is.

Every time they had the owner on talkshite, which was every week, you could tell he was the typical time share type salesman. Racks up big investment but with nothing tangible to show for other than numbers on a screen. All those complaining about losing there money could and should have seen this coming.

I looked at it and thought the whole thing stank, but I get why people who like a flutter bought into it. Life savings though? Fucking hell that's madness. Guessing they took the "investment" bait from the glossy adverts from John Motson (who I never thought a twat- I do now). Their information on administration continues to be high on bullshit. Make no mistake, anyone who "invested" or gambled on the platform has lost the fucking lot. home.footballindex.co.uk/announcement.html

I got told at work we're going to update some of the documents we have for new starters and staff. Nothing controversial there. But this time they want me to add a section on email signatures, as a few people have been doing the pronoun thing - John Smith (he/him), Jane Smith (them/they) etc - and they want a line saying if you want to do that, it's cool.
One of the younger members of the department who is dead keen on this sort of thing asked about if I was going to add my pronouns to my signature. Was I fuck.
I thought I'd have a but of fun and pretended to have no idea what the concept was or why it was relevant.
When asked if I really haven't seen them used on social media biographies, I said 'oh, it's on social media? Sorry? Don't really do twitter and Facebook but had a MySpace years ago. Isn't my thing really. and is this one of those social media fads? Nah, not for me"
She almost erupted in shock and rage.
