There's a post on the City Facebook page saying the memorial this year will be online again. It points to an article on the website advising fans to heed the official advice and stay away. There's a few idiots who are all 'I'll be there' and someone else who has booked a spot at the pub to 'raise a glass'. It's all fucking 'me me me me'. Making a point that they'll be there and nothings going to stop them. Unless you're directly associated with the victims or in other very close association to that day, you should not be there. If you're just a fan, then don't be so fucking selfish and attention whoring. Stay the fuck away. “How are you supposed to remember if there is no ceremony” was one comment I saw. Riccles has weighed in but it’s like arguing with the cat with them lot.
