Lower midtable team, kind of result. Not unexpected really.
Are we all route one hoochy or not even good at that? Any positives?

Lower midtable team, kind of result. Not unexpected really. Are we all route one hoochy or not even good at that? Any positives? We pretend to play out from the back, panic and pass it back to the gk or launch it forwards. Don was dreadful tonight. He won the freekick for our second goal by being shit and falling over. Didn't look like a foul to me. We look quite dangerous from set pieces but equally look vulnerable ourselves against crosses. Just annoys me that they can play a bit of football and seem to know what their plan is and we panic on the ball.

We were shit in patches, ok in patches and Cheltenham were the better team. But even with that, we should have taken a point.
The only time we looked a credible side was after Cooke and Zeli came on.
The front 2 were poor. Vaughan largely anonymous and Donalson was shite.
BRE had a good game but gave away a silly free kick for their 3rd.
We just don't look a well drilled side. From open play we were pretty solid but we were poor on set pieces and with the ball we just look disjointed.
I know he scores but Anderson was shite. Surely Cooke can start a game now even if he only has an hour in him?
This side wont go up. There'll need to be more major rework in the summer because the midfield is woeful, Donaldson probably only has this season in him too
Ah fuck it, whatever. We're always gonna be gash

So many comments I've read today start with praising Cheltenham to the point where its nauseating. Oh they play good football, oh they were refreshing to watch, oh it's no disgrace to lose there, oh they the ball down and pass it...
Totally epitomised the mindsets of so many - and possibly the worst gomper opinion of all - get the excuse of the other team being good in so you can't criticise our failings.
With 7 minutes left their winner came from a set piece we needlessly gave away. Nothing at all to do with Cheltenhams 'good football'. That's shooting yourself in the foot and in terms of 'game management' an atrocious way to see a game out you've looked like rescuing something from.
'A good way to lose' was one I read. Give me strength.

"It's no disgrace to lose at Cheltenham."
Oh fuck off, it's a disgrace we're even having to play them.
Meanwhile we're paying the division's top scorer to play for someone else, and our midfield is as wet as last year.
How the fuck BowyerS got teams out of this division before, I'll never know. Peter Taylor v2.0.
Never mind strikers, we're the place managers with a decent track record come to die.

Cooke did well when he came on. Spraying the ball around nicely. Needs to start.

Cooke did well when he came on. Spraying the ball around nicely. Needs to start. Everybody knows this, everyone who watches our games sees how much we improve when he comes on. He wins the ball, he passes it forwards, he makes a massive difference. But still he only gets 20 minutes at the end. If he's struggling for match fitness then he needs increasing numbers of minutes, but it's the same old, same old every match. BowyerS needs to sort this the fuck out.

Only jermaine anderson would need 3 chances to score an open goal from 3 yards out, christ almighty. Did he actually kick it into his own face for the second attempt? Does shit like that happen at other professional matches?
